Should I do the 6x BND aka hero exchange?

Don’t do the 6 token Exchange. All you get is a BND 84 that you can’t do anything with. Also u need 20 aka tokens for the hero. I don’t remember if I did this 6x BND AKA hero exchange.. is there any way for me to check if i’ve completed it?
